Twin Cities Oktoberfest - October 9, 2026

The Progress Center at the State Fair grounds is the site of the Twin Cities Oktoberfest each fall. The Musikmeisters kicked off the 2026 version of Oktoberfest on Friday evening playing to a very lively crowd. Dancing the Zillertaler Hochzeitsmarsch (Zillertal Wedding March) and a polonaise - snaking throughout the building - even those who claim they don't dance, participated in and enjoyed these folk dances. It only takes the first time to learn! Good fun!
